Welcome to Corte Baruzzo Relais
Corte Baruzzo Relais is more than a residence: it is the breath of the earth, the elegance of history,
the silence of a landscape that still has its story to tell.
An ancient name, between stone walls and timeless hills
The origins of Corte Baruzzo date back to the 15th century, when it first appeared among the possessions of the Gonzaga family in Volta Mantovana.
From the 18th century onwards, it is documented as an active agricultural estate, surrounded by cypress trees and oak groves.
In the 20th century, the property extended over more than fifteen hectares, enclosed by walls covered with capers and surrounded by olive trees. The complex, consisting of a residence, stable, hay barn, porticos and a dovecote tower, was built with glacial pebbles, featuring wooden roofs and ancient vaulted ceilings.
